Tyler Burdett is the Sales Development Representative at Oakscale. He helps future franchisees connect with brands that they will find fulfilling and engaging, qualifying leads for the development team. Tyler is a franchisee, giving him the experience necessary to help understand the nuances and challenges of owning your own business. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, baking, and gaming.

Stephanie Dorsey
Stephanie Dorsey is Metric’s Chief Product Officer for FranchiseHelp and FranFunnel.
As the CPO, she is responsible for the marketing, product management and product innovation of FranchiseHelp and FranFunnel. Stephanie started her career as a medical malpractice defense attorney. After successfully defending two trials as sole counsel, she realized early in her career that the law was not for her. She joined the Peace Corps (Ecuador) where she started 3 community banks to provide microloans to women small business owners. After the Peace Corps, Stephanie obtained her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Stephanie spent 10 years as a product and marketing leader at Capital One. There, she launched Capital One’s teen debit account, built their suite of core debit features and scaled the company’s call transcription/machine learning platform.
In her free time, Stephanie loves to travel with her husband and young daughter. She is also passionate about mentoring and helping women succeed in business and technology.

Heather Carroll
Heather Carroll is an Account Executive for the Metric Collective Company FranFunnel, specializing in franchisee sales. Heather comes from the supplemental education industry where she spent 15 years selling for an individual franchise, and then 5 years coaching franchisees on how to sell the product. She is a mom of two young boys, which occupies most of her free time and keeps her on her toes!

Jessica Dribnack
Jessica Dribnack is a Franchise Development Recruiter with Metric Collective. Her responsibilities include supporting franchise clients in their efforts to expand their overall footprint. Jessica serves as the initial point of contact for brand leads sourced through FranFunnel. She conducts pre-qualification calls and arranges introductions between prospective franchisees and the clients she supports. Prior to Metric Collective, Jessica worked with a national franchise company for over 18 years. She fulfilled various positions but spent the majority of her tenure running corporate recruiting and staffing efforts. In the later portion of her tenure, her focus shifted to franchise development. Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, cooking, entertaining family and friends, and on occasion tackling a home improvement project.

Susan Sada Duane
Susan Sada Duane is the Business Development Manager for the Metric Collective Companies FranchiseHelp and FranFunnel. Her responsibilities include securing new opportunities for the sales team and managing Metric’s CRM. While working in the construction industry, she served as a pilot member of the EOS team. Susan has years of experience in digital media and content creation — a combination that brings a fresh perspective to Metric. Her work has been published in numerous magazines and websites like Houzz. When she’s not working you might find her in the kitchen making sauce, hanging with her kids, or walking her pup.

Llana Fried
Ilana Fried Teicher is the VP of Client Success & Operations for the Metric Collective companies FranchiseHelp, FranFunnel and its affiliate company BeTheBoss.com. She leads the client success team to establish and implement client engagement strategies, understand client business goals, and help achieve their desired outcomes to increase the lifetime value of every partnership.
With over 10yrs of experience in developing and nurturing client relationships, Ilana uses her insights to help implement new products, improve existing products and track performance. Outside of Metric, she likes to bake, play tennis and go to the theater.

Scott Ginsberg
Scott Ginsberg is Head of Content of Metric Collective, where he focuses on thought leadership, PR, b2b branding, and sales and marketing tools to drive growth for the portfolio of franchise brands. Scott is also a TEDx speaker, internationally acclaimed author of dozens of books, musical albums, films, and creative works. His work has been featured on CNN, MSNBC, The Today Show, HuffPost, GQ, NPR, FastCompany, COSMO, 20/20, WSJ and Entrepreneur, USA Today, and Ripley’s Believe It Or Not. Scott is also the world record holder of wearing nametags.

Ryan Goodman
Ryan Goodman is an Account Executive on the Metric Collective sales team. His responsibilities are to generate new business relationships across the FranchiseHelp, FranFunnel, and BetheBoss platforms. Before joining Metric Collective Ryan was a consultant at PayPal helping clients through the PPP loan program. He recently completed his Master’s Degree in England with an emphasis on International Business. During his undergraduate degree at San Diego State University, he worked in finance at 2 investment funds in La Jolla and completed the internship programs at Warner Brothers + Universal. In his free time, you can find Ryan looking for overpriced coffee shops in Manhattan or golfing upstate.

Rebecca Holmboe
Rebecca Holmboe is the Marketing Analyst for the Metric Collective Company FranchiseHelp. Her responsibilities include creating content and strategies to lead to successful marketing campaigns on social media platforms, as well as analyzing and tracking insights, trends, and opportunities. Rebecca has prior experience in digital marketing and marketing coordination. Outside of work Rebecca is a fitness instructor and is always on the hunt for a good coffee.

Rob Huntington
Rob Huntington is CEO of Metric Collective, a vertically integrated franchise and technology company. Metric is a franchise supplier, franchisee, and franchisor. We own Franchise Help, Fran Funnel, Westside Franchise Brands, and Oakscale Franchise Development. Before Metric Rob was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for multiple Fortune 500 companies. He also received a BCG Social Impact Fellowship and served in Nicaragua. After BCG he led a turnaround of the Huntington Learning Centers (HLC) as the SVP of Development and Operations. Prior to that, he was an HLC franchisee. Additionally, he has been a franchise broker with the Franchise Consulting Company and managed a $50M P&L for DaVita, a Fortune 200 company. His first job was teaching high school history in an underserved community. He earned a BA in History from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management.

Mukarram Ismail
Mukarram Ismail is the VP Marketing for Metric Collective. His primary function is to drive revenue through omnichannel marketing for Franchise Help. Mukarram is deeply connected in the startup world where he sits on the board for a number of seed-stage companies. He has one successful exit and co-owns a nationwide fast-casual franchise brand. On the weekends, you can find him exploring a new city, dancing at a music festival, or flying his plane through the clouds.

Joshua Kovacs, CFE
Joshua Kovacs is the CEO of Oakscale, where he leads strategy and development efforts for Oakscale’s franchise brands. Mr. Kovacs has over 9 years of experience in franchise development and management: Previously working as the Vice President of Programs of STEM education franchise Engineering for Kids, where he helped grow the concept into an Entrepreneur’s Top 500 brand with over 100 units across 6 countries, and as a Director of Development for Fransmart the development company behind The Halal Guys (450+ Units in 3 years). Mr. Kovacs was awarded the Certified Franchise Executive designation by the International Franchise Association and holds a Certificate in Franchise Management from Georgetown University.

Travis Olbrich
Travis Olbrich is the VP of Technology for Metric Collective where he is passionate about building simple solutions for complex problems. Travis’s background is in system design and architecture with prior experience in the franchising, energy, and software industries. Outside of work, Travis’s hobbies include backpacking, rock climbing, and woodworking.

Christian Probst
Christian Probst is the Senior Client Success Manager for FranFunnel at Metric Collective. His responsibilities include onboarding clients, addressing user issues, and maintaining the ongoing success of our accounts. A graduate of Yale University with a double major in Theater and Economics, Christian has a unique combination of analytical and interpersonal skills. Outside of the office, Christian can be seen using his other college degree in The Book of Mormon on Broadway, where he has been a company member for over 3 years.

Lauren Raouf
Lauren Raouf is the Chief Strategy Officer at Metric Collective. She started her career at the Boston Consulting Group and spent several years consulting for Fortune 500 clients. She also founded an independent consulting business, served in a leadership role at the innovation consulting firm Clareo, and was the co-founder of a bachelor(ette) party planning business. She has a BA from Harvard in Government and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business in Entrepreneurial Management. When not deep in decks and spreadsheets, she can be found with her family (husband, baby boy, cat, and rabbit), swimming, baking, or reading mysteries.

Joe Sexton
Joe Sexton is the Senior Director of Development for Oakscale. He focuses his energy on finding great franchisees for Oakscale’s portfolio of franchise brands, leading the strategy and execution of franchise marketing and sales. Over 15 years in the franchise universe, Joe has worked with emerging brands like those curated by Oakscale, as well as household name brands like Mathnasium Learning Centers and Sky Zone, and is responsible for the sale of more than 500 franchises across 6 countries. He enjoys playing and watching sports and indulging at great restaurants, but primarily spends his time playing dress-up, watching Mickey Mouse, and eating chicken nuggets with his two children.

Anthony Spagnola
Anthony Spagnola serves as VP of Sales for Metric Collective. He is a franchise veteran and has experience in all aspects of franchising. Anthony has been with Metric since 2014, but took a brief hiatus to sell franchises as a consultant (buying FranchiseHelp leads and using FranFunnel texting), starting a franchise company, and even opening a franchise of his own. Now he’s back at Metric with a true understanding of the needs of our clients, having been a franchisor and franchisee. In his spare time, Anthony enjoys cooking, watching UFC, and spending time with his friends.

Walter Koehler is the Marketing Coordinator at Oakscale where he manages outbound campaigns, blog posts, and social media as well as facilitates ads, press releases, and events. Mr. Koehler brings 14 years of experience as a franchisee of Mathnasium Learning Centers, Sweet Charlie’s RollPurge SG Cacheed Ice Cream, and Xpresso Delight, a coffee vending franchise. Mr. Koehler graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
